student assignments
This unit teaches the basics of HTML and XHTML coding. In this unit, an emphasis is placed on document content and structure, as opposed to presentation (Presentation will be covered in Unit 3). This unit can be completed entirely with a web browser and simple text editor such as Notepad. The product that you create while learning XHTML code and later CSS is a working portfolio which is used to demonstrate mastery of the skills learned during this course.
