               Want to LEAD the youth environmental movement in Seattle?
                  Want to take ACTION rather than just talk about it?
                      Want to get out of town for a FUN weekend?

If you answered YES!(or YESC!) to these questions, then YOU should join the Student Advisory
Council of the YMCA Earth Service Corps and come to the annual leadership retreat.

What is SAC? A group of students from many schools who are leaders for YESC across the region.
You do NOT have to be a leader of your school club to lead in SAC!

What is the leadership Retreat? You'll spend the weekend at the North Casccades Institute with
other students, sleep in their eco-friendly lodges, do a service project in the National Park,
learn about SAC and how to lead others, as well as play games, and have fun!

WHO:         YOU, teen environmental leaders across the region, and staff of the YMCA Earth
             Service Corps

WHAT:        A weekend to bond with other like-minded teens, learn and practice leadership skills,
             and find out how YOU can be a part of the Student Advisory Council.

WHERE:       North Cascades Institute (Transportation provided from Seattle).

WHEN:        September 22-24th, 2006

COST:*       $65

TO REGISTER: Return a registration form (found in Mr. Shepherd's room #112 at Sehome High School)
             and the attached registration card ASAP with a $25 non-refundable deposit!
