Standing in a crowd of faces
A million smiles
But one frown
Feeling as though I will suffocate
Swimming in a sea of people
Brains all working as though one mind
All believing
There is just one right
And though I know its wrong
I feel weak to put up a fight
The pressure to conform
Pulses though their bodies
Taking power, in all disguises
And even a conscious mind, believes there be no escape
But all that is vital
Is for one voice to sound out
To defy the crowd
And bring the reign of power down |
